1. I've already registered for an account but I can't log in. What do i do?
Here are a few things to check for:
a. Are you inputting the correct password?
Try logging into the site, by typing in your email address and password on
the login box at the upper right corner of the site. A message will appear
below if your login was invalid. The message will show "Invalid password".
If you don't remember your password, click on the "Click here to email
password" link and your password will be emailed to you.
b. Have you activated your account?
After registering for an account, an activation email should have been
sent to you to activate your account. If you did not receive it, type
in your email address and password on the upper corner of the site,
then the message "Account not active" will appear. Click on "Click
here to send the activation email" and the activation mail will be
sent to you. Don't forget to check your bulk/junk mail folders.
2. How do I post an ad?

To post an ad, you need to do the following steps: STEP 1. Create an account by going to the registration page. STEP 2. Log in to your account by going to the main page of classifiedsPH and
logging in through the login box on your right hand side. STEP 3. Click on the "+ Post New Ad" button on the main page or click on
the "Post a New Ad" link on the control panel box at your right hand side. STEP 4. Once you are in the Post Ad page, fill out all the
required fields that are colored maroon.
A preview box is shown at the right side of the page to view how the ad will look like when it is posted.
Do NOT forget to place your contact info as this is the only way visitors can reach you STEP 5. Click on the "Post this Ad" button on the right side of the page when you are done.
A message will be shown if the posting was successful or not.
3. I cannot find the subcategory I want to post my ad in. What should I do?
If the subcategory you want is not available yet, use the more general categories and
set the subcategory to None. You can contact us to request a subcategory,
which we will take into consideration.
4. How do I edit the ads I've already posted?
To edit the ads you have already posted, simply log in to your account, through the
login box found on the right side of classifiedsPH. Once you
are logged in, click on the "Manage Existing Ads" link
on the control panel box at your right side. Once you are in your ads page, look
for the ad which you wish to edit and click on the "Edit" link corresponding to that
ad. Once you click on that, a form similar to the post ad form will appear, where
you can make the necessary revisions to your ad. Once you are finished, click on the
"Post This Ad" at the right side of the form or click on "Cancel Editing" if you do not
wish to commit the changes.
5. Can I delete my ads?
Yes. To delete the ads you have already posted, simply log in to your account, through the
login box found on the right side of classifiedsPH. Once you
are logged in, click on the "Manage Existing Ads" link
on the control panel box at your right side. Once you are in your ads page, look
for the ad which you wish to edit and click on the "Delete" link corresponding to that
ad. Once you click on that, you will be asked to confirm your decision. Click "OK" if you
are sure you wish to delete the ad.
6. I'd like to make an advanced search. Can I do that?
Our search functionality has some interesting features to allow you to narrow down your
searches. Quite like Google, Yahoo, and other popular search engines, you can enclose
keywords in quotation marks to search for an exact phrase.
