Responsibilities:
• Develop CMS, Ad Server, Online Shopping Carts using PHP/MySQL, Wordpress and Joomla
• Lead the development team
• Responsible for Requirements Gathering and analysis, managing the entire project life cycle, design, documentation, scheduling and resource allocation.

Requirements:
• Web developers with at least 5 years experience.
• Very good English communication skills (will be on conference calls with US clients)
• Has done projects using Joomla, Wordpress, AJAX and CodeIgniter (or CakePHP)
• Superior time management skills
• Knowledge in XML
• Knowledge in Actionscript is a plus
• Experience in using Subversion
