Sales & Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Data Entry
Admin Duties
Simple Co-ordination work over the phone with suppliers
Creating quotation and invoices
Liaise with customers
other Ad hoc duties

General administration duties like answering of phonecalls, checking emails, receiving and sendng faxes & letters, booking of air-tickets, and proper filing of documents.


Requirements:
Min of 2 years of working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Experience in customer service / e commerce environment will be added advantage
Good pleasant personality with good working attitude
Ability to start work immediately will be added advantage
Fluent in English
Good presentation skills
Looking for exciting career shift and possess pioneering spirit
Able to work independently and fast
Meticulous in adminstrative duties
