Main Purpose of Job
Manages and coaches a team in the EXECUTION of all manufacturing activities that are required for the conversion of raw materials to finished goods. He/She does this on a shift or day basis. For this, the FLM must have an in-depth technical knowledge (I.e. Process & Product Mastery).
Required Qualifications
• College graduate of Engineering Courses preferably Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with above average scholastic records and strong analytical skills
• Exceptional leadership qualities, good communication skills; action and results oriented
• At least 3 years experience as Production Supervisor in a Manufacturing firm
