Responsibility:
Successful candidates must be self-motivated problem solvers who will provide technical support to small business owners for an accounting software application.

Qualifications:
• Must be college graduates of a 4-year course; preferably IT-related
• At least two years work experience in a call center for a technical account OR two years work experience in a call center (non-technical account) and have IT education
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, weekends and holidays
