Nathaniel Cruz, PAG-ASA 's chief weather forecaster, says that PAGASA has not raised any public storm warning signals over any provinces in the country for the upcoming typhoons, but confirms that there are two tropical storms / typhoons that may hit the country in the next 2 to 3 days. As of 4PM Typhoon "PEPENG" (Typhoon Parma) has gained more strength as it continues to move towards Northern Luzon. Maximum sustained winds of 195 kph near center and gustiness of up to 230 kph. Pagasa says that the Pepeng Typhoon can potentially be a super typhoon, as reported by DZMM. According to PAGASA, Pepeng Typhoon will be most critical this Saturday afternoon
