Did you know that effective July 15, 2009 all corporations are mandated to comply with SEC's revised code of corporate governance? It's a must for all corporations to follow the revised code as it now penalizes businesses for any violation of its provisions as compared to the 2002 version. Board directors especially of public companies are required to know of these changes for them to continue holding the position in the corporation.
