Training and Quality Assurance Officer
Responsibilities:
Works with the Sales Team in developing strategies to improve training methodologies;
Identifies training resources which can be used to accomplish learning objectives by regularly reviewing programs, technology, approaches, vendors, etc;
In building high performing training and quality program through peer coaching, motivation, and self-development
In analyzing KPI’s and provides regular reports on training data,
statistics and findings;
Implementation of training materials aligned with quality and performance objectives of the company
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): Training and Quality Project Management.
Required language(s): English.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Call Center Training and Quality Manager is required for this position.
