Responsibilities:
The Account Manager II role will be to PROACTIVELY CONTACT POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND WORK TO MATCH THEM WITH PRODUCTS AND SERVICES and assist merchants through the application process.
The Account Manager II works to ensure that the merchant interaction with our company maintains a positive customer experience, enhancing the merchant's relationship with Occent Merchant Services and adhering to call center standards, policies, compliance and procedures.
In addition, the Account Managers are responsible for ensuring maximum service level, quality, customer satisfaction, financial drivers, productivity and personal sales/referral goals are met while also following all policies, procedures and controls.
The Account Manager works to ensure that all regulatory, legal, bank and audit requirements are met.
The Account Manager II follows guidelines on complex merchant
interactions to deliver consistent and quality service to merchants.
The Account Manager II ensures a stream-lined application process, and works to match additional products or services to merchants.
