Job description:
*Answers incoming call for Support Call.
*Compiles all client consumers information including – Names, Date and
Reason of Call.
*Prepares merchant applications and reports completed applications to U.S.
office staff.
*Prepares merchant applications through AMS, MEA, Amex and Discover.
*Receive inbound calls for inhouse and 2rd party merchant clients.
*Answer inquiry and question with regards to the product and services
offered by the company.
*Document all calls and information of the consumers complaints and
inquiries receive everyday.
*Prepares merchant applications. Fax/email appointments for merchant
accounts.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree required.
*Must be fluent in written and oral english.
*Must be capable of providing positive customer experience.
*Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
*3-5 years experience in a as a customer service representative.
*Experienced in providing customer service assistance both local and
international.
*In dept understanding of credit card transactions and how they apply
online.
*Knowledge in online merchant solutions a plus.
