I'm converting a commercial space to a Medical office that can be occupied by a physician but the space is big enough that it can be shared by another doctor if needed or you can put up a lab on the other room. The spot is located along the busy road of the old town center of Paranaque so your patient are able to access public transportation at any time. The area is walking distance to 3 schools and so if you are able to tap a young market pool of patients but will not be limited to because there are other possible elderly patients as well.

If you are interested you have to be a doctor who will be actively willing to help the community more than than your own pocket. This clinic will be set-up to help people in the community so I'm willing to entertain only applicants who has the same mind set.
