Person Needed to perform web site usability testing Asap

Hi there we are looking for someone who can test web site page usability on different browsers, loading time, etc.
We are looking to work one on one with an individual rather then a company. If you are interested in this job please respond credentials including resume along with the answers to the following questions:

Are you set up with Skype? Pay Pal? What is your hourly rate of pay that you are expecting? What hours are you available to work?
How soon can you begin?

P.S. We are also looking to hire someone for a proof reading and editing position as well.
