The candidates must be MBBS with atleast 5 years of experience.
Should be able to comunnicate fluently in both written and spoken english.
The air ticket of the workers should be born by the candidate. Neither the employer nor the employment agency in Maldives will give the air ticket. However under the agreement made between the employer and the employee, the employer will provide air ticket after completion of the contract.
The employer arranges the accommodation of the employee. The accommodation is usually arranged depending on the position of the employee.
